Guided Prayer
One · Pause
Be still for a moment. Breathe in slowly, and out slowly — three times. There is no hurry here, and no one is watching.
Be still, and know that I am God.
Psalm 46:10 · KJV
Two · Check in
What question have you been afraid to ask God out loud?
Three · Scripture · King James Version
“And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.”
Mark 9:24 · KJV
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
Proverbs 3:5–6 · KJV
“But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.”
James 1:6 · KJV
Four · Reflection
'Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief' is a prayer in Scripture. Honest doubt brought to God is not the opposite of faith — hiding it is more dangerous.
Five · Pray this
Lord, I believe; help my unbelief. I bring my questions instead of pretending. Meet me here, and hold me while my faith is being rebuilt. In Jesus' name, amen.
Six · Now in your own words
Ask God your hardest question directly.
Seven · Private journal
What I doubt, and what I still cannot deny about God.
Eight · One practical step
Stay in the room: keep one small habit of prayer or Scripture this week.
Before you go
Doubt is not disqualification. Keep talking to Him.
