Truth to hold onto
God goes before you and stays with you — never once leaving. He also sets the solitary in families, which means He often answers loneliness through people. Both are His kindness.
“God setteth the solitary in families.”
“And, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”
A short prayer
Lord, I am lonely. Thank You that You are with me right now. Comfort what aches in me, and lead me toward the people You have for me. Help me reach out rather than disappear. Amen.
